One of the better titles from McFarland. My only gripe is how the a to z listing makes it more reference material than explorable. While the category listing is my preferred way to go, without page numbers it becomes quite a chore to page back and forth. Otherwise lots of interesting material to hunt down. And Phantom Empire is still one of my favorite serials after all this time, so glad it's included here. This book is definitely a more professionally written and researched one than the disappointing Great Horror Magazines hardcover that came out last year.
