  1. Where did you find such a nice, high-res copy to take the detail from?

    • Doug, you always seem to ask me to reveal my blogging secrets ;)

      I found it at a university’s website a few months ago (I can’t remember which one; it was a humanities dept or art history dept).

      • I am, of course, continually impressed by your blog’s caliber. My long-term stratagem is to play the parasite nemorensis, milking you of all said blogging secrets, comment by comment, until you are left lackwitted and lifeless, reduced to splenetic grousing about bestsellers, political autobiographies, and gold market apocalypse books, while I usurp you as the new Dread Blogger Biblioklept.
