   I haven’t seen the film, nor read the book, but I will get around to these. I spent an entire work day, not too long ago, googling Truman Capote and the case that inspired his book. It made for incredibly interesting reading

   I adore films pre 80s and this seems like just my type of thing, is the story based on real events?

     Yes—it’s about the murder of a family in Kansas. TRUE CRIME.
