Are you planning to watch Charlie Kaufman’s new movie on Netflix? One of the characters references “Ice” by Anna Kavan in the movie, which is a book I first came across thru your blog. (The film also includes an extended riff on DFW). I’d be curious to read your thoughts!

Yeah, I’ll watch it…I had to turn his last one, Anomolisa off, and I liked Synecdoche, NY, but also found it difficult to endure in some ways. I think I like his films best when he’s not directing, so we’ll see.
