This rabbit has a hunting horne. In this particular panel — the right handside of the tryptic — many of the actions are reversed. Here the hunted has become the hunter. Nice recollection for Easter. Thanks!

That rabbit looks like a duck to me: Joseph Jastrow (1863-1944).
