Always good to see Burliuk’s work on the internet and elsewhere. You might be interested in a film I made about David Burliuk and his 2 year visit to Japan before he emigrated to America in 1922. The film is called David Burliuk and the Japanese Avant-garde. There is also an accompanying book which I wrote detailing how the film was made in japan and a voyage to Ogasawara, an Island in the Pacific Ocean which David Burliuk lived and worked on painting much in the manner of his great hero and inspiration Gauguin. The book is called “Journey to Ogasawara”. For more information see http://www.davidburliukjapan.com or http://www.copernicusfilms.com
