Over the next few weeks, I will be tweeting Hugh G. Evelyn-White’s 1914 translation of Batrachomyomachia, of The Battle of Frogs and Mice, a comic epic sometimes attributed to Homer. We would check out the Battle of the Frogs and Mice from our library as kids, in the early 60’s, in Port Hope Ontario, then bought the book 30 years later from the same library at a book sale. Still have it. We loved it as kids.
