   1. Yeah, I noticed that too. I don’t know who actually made the map–I found it at Wikipedia.

2. “No Mediterranean Sea?”

   In the world of the novel, the Nazis actually drain the Mediterranean (if I remember correctly, to make a giant farm out of it).
