This relates to Lynch(‘s Inland Empire and Kieslowski’s Double Life of Veronique) http://framescinemajournal.com/article/double-lives-second-chances/
Reblogged this on Boy With The Filters – A graphic novel and commented:
I’ve been a big fan of David Lynch since watching Dune with no sound on the TV screens at the Junction (the rotation included Time Bandits and Roadrunner repeats) It was re-watching Twin Peaks about 10 years ago that awoke the desire to create something. It was the HBO series Six Feet Under that proved even taboo subject matter could be interesting and entertaining. Neil Gaiman’s Sandman showed that anything is possible in comic format…along with self publishing a novel, it’s also easier getting your work out there via comic, relative to trying for TV or film.
