I follow your posts with keen interest, thanks for sharing. This one has always intrigued me because of its title ‘Krug mit gelben Primeln’ where clearly they are daffs! Great artist, poor Linnaeus-ist.

Just saw a Felix Vallotton retrospective exhibition at Grand Palais in Paris yesterday. Don’t think this still life painting was on display. Thanks for sharing!
